Terms of service.

Effective Date: June 24, 2025

1. Overview

This agreement outlines the terms between Points & Passage ("we", "our", or "us") and you, the client ("you" or "client"), for travel planning services provided through the selected package.

2. Services Provided

We offer personalized travel planning services through various packages. Each package includes specific deliverables as described on our Services page and confirmed in your intake form. By purchasing a package, you agree to the terms outlined here.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate your selected package.

  • The remaining balance is due before final itinerary is delivered.

  • Services will not commence until the deposit is received.

  • Payments are accepted via Stripe.

4. Revision Policy and Additional Fees

  • Travel Vision Builder Package: No revisions; package is for initial direction only.

  • Quick Getaway Package: No revisions; options are provided as-is.

  • Explorer Package: Includes 1 itinerary revision before booking.

  • Premium Journey Package: Includes 2 itinerary revisions before booking.

  • First Class Ticket Package: Includes unlimited minor itinerary revisions before booking.

  • An itinerary revision is defined as one consolidated email listing all requested changes submitted at one time.

  • Minor revisions are defined as swapping out activities, adjusting routing, flight/hotel tweaks—not completely reworking the trip from scratch.

  • Additional itinerary revisions requested beyond those included in the Explorer and Premium Journey Packages will incur a $50 fee per revision.

  • All revisions are final once booking has started.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation after services begin does not entitle you to any refund.

  • If we cannot provide services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), you will receive a full refund of the deposit or the option to reschedule.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and timely information via the intake form and other communications. All packages include itinerary planning and recommendations based on the information you provide in your intake form.

  • Delays in your responses may affect delivery timelines as well as prices and availability of travel suggested in itinerary provided.

  • While we provide detailed itineraries and recommendations, you are responsible for confirming and managing your actual bookings. You acknowledge responsibility for final bookings made independently, even if based on our recommendations.

7. Travel Risks and Liability

  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party vendors, airlines, hotels, or travel authorities.

  • You understand that travel involves risks beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, political events, health emergencies, or force majeure. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or other emergencies.

  • While we provide detailed itineraries and recommendations, you are responsible for independently completing your bookings unless otherwise agreed. We are not liable for errors made during the booking process unless they are the result of a documented mistake in your itinerary based on accurate and timely information you provided.

  • All pricing for flights, hotels, or other bookings—whether in cash or points—is subject to change and is only valid at the time your itinerary is delivered. We cannot guarantee availability or pricing at the time you book.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these services is limited to the amount you have paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Data Privacy / Use of Client Information

  • We collect and store your personal information solely for the purpose of providing travel planning services. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary or as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All itineraries, documents, maps, and materials we provide are for your personal use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States of America.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, unless otherwise agreed.

13. Contact and Support

  • Email support is provided during the planning process per your selected package.

  • Premium and First Class Ticket Packages include additional consultation calls and mid-trip check-ins as described.
